38 Park Avenue Condomium is a state-of-the-art, extremely beautiful, well-maintained condominium with total luxury. There's even a 7-Eleven convenience store and a wonderful Dean & Deluca cafe attached to the building, providing for outstanding breakfast options, lunches, and dinners. The unit itself was extremely clean, and a total value for the money spent. The owner was easy to communicate with and VERY RESPONSIVE to any questions in a timely manner. My wife and I were quite pleased with our week-long stay while we toured Cebu City and Bohol.

Honestly, there was a single thing that I could say that I did not like anywhere around IT Park. The IT Park is loaded with retail and dining options, and getting around on foot or via taxi was easy each and every day. The only thing my wife and i did not like about our trip (no bad reflection on 38 Park Avenue Condominium) was the shameful and unbelievable volume of graffiti throughout the entire city, EXCEPT AT IT PARK! We felt safe in the IT Park, and I'm hopeful that in the future, the Chief of Police and the Mayor of Cebu will make it a priority to clean up their very "tagged" city... In closing - I HIGHLY recommend 38 Park Avenue Condominium, and in particular this lovely Freyah unit...

We like that the place is near at everything that you need when you are in a vacation. We also like that even the place is small we felt that we are in our own Home. It was so relaxing and view of the city at the window is giving so much cool vibes that every traveler would want in their rooms. It has everything that you need in your daily living. What we also like is that the staff is so welcoming and accomodating♥️ the owner of the unit as well♥️♥️

What I did not like is that I was not inform that the free parking has a limit hour is just only until 10pm. But other than that there is nothing that I did not like at the unit.

AC, comfy bed, refrigerator provided, lots of towels which helps me to cover the smelly pillows

👉Pillows smells bad (sweaty/saliva🤔) 👉Lots of stuff which is really to be careful of maybe the host will think (she took it, she use it, etc.) so to be safe for your eyes only, do not touch🤪 👉kinda nervous last minute askin for my ID's for gate pass, & I'm on travel with infant then inet on & off, was so thrilled when arrived at the location the key, my gate pass, etc. not yet available. Anyhow the explain was the extended of another guest🙄
