Perfect location for city centre

Clean, modern, well presented.

Exterior lighting is desperately required. Uneven path for rear access which dangerous in the dark. Communal corridor needs regular cleaning. Vegetation adjacent to front entrance needs cutting back.

Great location just off Union street! Really lovely cozy little apartment, nicely decorated with all the essentials required with easy to use appliances. Having a dishwasher and washing machine included in the little kitchen was great and also being provided with a dish washer tablet! Fantastic l thought this was really thoughtful 👍 clean towels, full sized mirrors. Fabulous! I would highly recommend 👌

Only problem encountered was parking! I understand this is a town centre but If there is the possibility to provide this or a little advise to help with parking, (not knowing the area) i believe this would be really helpful! The only other thing I would suggest is on the outside of the building. A light in the ginnel from the front to the rear as this is quite dark and if you don't know the area very well there could be a trip or fall. Last little thing is a suggestion! if possible to make the rear a little more inviting maybe a table and chair set...overall I was totally happy with the apartment and would definitely recommend. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
