They failed to honour my booking at 9 pm on a rainy Sunday night when I arrived at the location. They provided no communication at all, they simply did not turn up to give me the key. They provided what seemed to be a fake phone number diverting to the USA. I had to spend one hour on the phone to booking.com to eventually get a refund, and had to re-book somewhere else (which was obviously difficult late on a Sunday, in the rain, and which was at considerable extra cost). Do not under any circumstances book this property

Location was very good. Apartment was really good and clean. It was an amazing stay at this. I would suggest to book this instead of any hotel in Birmingham. This is a big apartment with all amenities. Amazing for Family Travellers.
