"Poor"

No hot or cold water. The water to brush my teeth was just trickling out. Lots of noise from roosters and construction. Would not stay here again.

"Good place for its value"

Good place for good value. You can walk down to town or get a tuc tuc for 10q per person. Very handy

Walls are extremely thin. The neighbours were having a conversation and is like we were part of it. And as the pictures show, no privacy in the toilet

The rooms are very nicely done, new and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view of the lake from our room was great. Great value for around the lake.

It is very loud with the dogs & cockerels - there’s no sound proofing. Somewhere to store luggage would be good considering lake Atitlan is a backpacker hub…. The location requires walking down a dark street which my partner wouldn’t have been comfortable walking on her own.
