The property was very clean, spacious & excellent location. Beds were comfortable & staff helpful on arrival.
Didn’t realise there wasn’t a freezer! The fridge is huge but no freezer section, could easily put a separate small somewhere in the apartment (particularly for ice in the summer & longer stays).

Our second time staying in this apartment, we were so impressed the first time that we decided to book again. The apartment has nice large rooms and everything was perfectly clean. We had a great stay. Central location and great to have onsite parking.
Didn't realise that the kitchen only a fridge but no freezer. A freezer would be handy for longer stays.

Location great. Comfortable, spacious property. Well equipped kitchen. Would recommend.
The key pad entry was very temperamental. It took us quite a while to activate the keypad every time we tried to enter the code to enter the property. It may just be a case of battery running low. Shower tray was so slippery, I fell getting into it. Could be a hazard, especially for older guests. Storing tall wine glasses in a drawer rather than on the shelves in a cupboard, seemed a strange choice- thankfully we didn't break anything, but I imagine others do!

Basement flat. Large and well presented. A few issues with small things. Very user unfriendly portal to start the stay and work needed to improve communication on things like where to collect keys. Staff were very pleasant and helpful so issue is with the systems rather than the people.

Amazing location, facilities and view.
We couldn’t get access to the property at first. You only got a message about where to pick up the keys when you paid the deposit. We spent ages ringing the bell at the property and were late for a restaurant meal that we had booked and unnecessarily paid for on street parking as a result.
