Very friendly staff

There was a problem with the shower but we were allocated to the other room

I liked everything. The room was spacious, super clean, super comfy, overlooking the harbour and not hot despite the heatwave at the time. The perfect place to relax and recover, it's very peaceful. Location is also excellent, far away from the sketchy station area, on a safe hill with very convenient (and surprisingly frequent) buses just outside, that take you all the way to portland bill. There's a supermarket a couple of minutes away, should you need anything, and I had access to a little fridge. Last but not least, Charlotte was the most welcoming host I ever had the pleasure to meet, making sure I had everything i needed for my stay. Made my stay even better!

Charlotte, the lady that runs the guest house, was very kind and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location was great for reaching Portland and Weymouth town centre by foot. The view from my room was amazing. I had a room upgrade by Charlotte which was unexpected and a treat. Too early in the season for breakfast however there is a Co-Op 2 minutes away by foot.

There was nothing I didn't like. Very happy with the accommodation.
