Host Charlotte gives you such a warm welcome and nothing seems like too much trouble, better than pictures it is spotlessly clean and rooms are bright with modern bathroom, front rooms have an amazing view of Portland, breakfast is cooked to order and delicious, separate lounge available for guests use

Nothing not to like, I would not consider staying anywhere else in Weymouth

The guest house offers great value for money! The atmosphere is very friendly, and both the room and facilities are exceptionally clean and recently renovated. The breakfast is delicious, and the location is convenient—it's about a 15-minute walk to the harbor, where most of the pubs and restaurants are situated. Additionally, having parking available is a fantastic feature if you're on a road trip. We highly recommend it!

The friendlyness of the hostess, was impeccable, was on hand to help us with anything and made our stay memorable. Charlotte, was incredible.

We loved the location, the food and the friendlyness, there wasn't one thing I could say bad about harbour lights.

Charlotte very friendly, helpful and obliging. We needed jump leads and Charlotte saved the day, for which we are very grateful.

No heating in bathroom working, no one to great us in or where to go

Nothing of note

Charlotte was a wonderful host with a beautiful home which was made to feel like our home whilst we were there. Charlotte is an extremely friendly, bubbly and hard working lady and was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable room with a lovely shower plus plenty of teas and coffees in the room which can be replenished by yourself from the dining room. Very good selection of hot breakfasts along with cereals, toast, hot drinks and orange juice. We ordered a Chinese Takeaway one evening and Charlotte kindly set us a table in the lounge room where we could watch TV while we ate.... Nothing was too much trouble and we couldn't fault anything and will definitely be returning. Thank you Charlotte.
