Tv remote was broken, but they came and replaced.
USWe did have a small problem with the stay and after reaching out to the owner, everything was promptly taken care of. Anne was very kind and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this location.
The worst part of the stay was dealing with Booking.com. We did have a small issue that needed to be handled. I did not have the host number with me because I copied the wrong email with my reservation and gate code information, so I needed to reach out for that information. The booking.com website required a booking# and Pin, which I did not have. The website does not give you a phone number to call either. After a lot of looking, I finally found one and got a very rude AI service contact that refused to connect me to someone that could help me. The AI bot even hung up on me for wanting to speak with a representative. I plan to use another company besides booking.com from now on.
USUSUSI enjoyed the pool and hot tub for sure. It was a nice cozy little cabin to spend time with friends.
Didn't really have any problems other than we couldnt get the dish washer to start.

The fact that I was lied to. The pool was closed even though she tried to tell me that it stated that on the site which was wrong. The hot tub was broke come to find out and dirty with hardly any water in it. Plus her toilet did not flush.. I had 5 girls staying with one bathroom. I told her that the pool and hot tub was the main reason why we booked and she said the site was wrong that it stated heated pool all year long with hot tub. She said well that just amenities. Even though that is false advertising and I feel like I was scammed out of over $450 which I didn’t even stay 2 nights I went home. Plus she refuses to give me anything back, it’s not her problem.,

USThe cabin was great location very close to everything.
Main reason for renting was the pool. The pool area had a panel of glass missing from the building and made it very cold inside. We gave the pool a try anyway. The water was decent but you couldn’t enjoy swimming with the building being so cold.
USVery peaceful! Bedroom door next to the hot tub was perfect. Spiral staircase was beautiful, definitely not for smaller children though.
Not that I didn’t like it, but the Vizio tv upstairs is out of date because of their (Vizio) updates so you couldn’t watch anything on it. Other than that, no complaints!
