"Simple and elegant home in a perfect location above the lively and culinary area of Grand Case"

the house and pool with open-air, simple and comfortable design. the location in a gated community above Grand Case was perfect!

I would prefer the master bath to have its own toilet, but it was right outside the master bedroom door (like a powder room). Not a big deal.

"An excellent villa on Saint Martin"

The property is beautiful, very new and well maintained. The private saltwater pool gives way to stunning views of Grand Case, a city known for its culinary excellence, which was only a 5-minute drive away. The host, Myriam, was lovely and took care of all our needs. The villa was spacious and equipped with all the essentials. Highly recommend.

The only challenge is navigating the steep driveway, it’s a little daunting at first, but manageable.
