Globalement l'appartement était agréable.La résidence était sécurisée et la rue était calme. Un balcon avec une grande table pour des diners sympathiques. Une machine a laver très pratique. Espace de vie correcte pour 4 personnes.

Le manque de propreté. Le sol n'a pas été lavé avant notre arrivée. Le linge de toilette ne sentait pas très bon, je l'ai relavé. L'alèse du matelas du lit était sale elle n' a pas été lavé avant notre arrivée. L'évacuation de douche s'écoulait très très lentement, j' ai prévenu le service de conciergerie mais aucune nouvelle. Pas suffisamment d'assiette. La baie vitrée n'était pas sécurisée, elle ne pouvait pas se verrouiller car il manquait une pièce.

Pas de présence humaine. Des details à peaufiner pour justifier le terme de luxueux. Des portes mal peintes , barbouillées,quelques fils de la tv à mettre sous gaine...
