Location, views, space, attention to detail

We were a bit confused about the parking situation and had to circle around a few times to park as well as to exit.

Location was amazing, and facilities - had everything we needed.

Nothing.

Wanted to sign in to the digital guide, but it kept on throwing an error. Only a minor problem.

Fantastic apartment with view of harbor - easy to sit for hours just watching ferries come and go. The owners were excellent communicators. We had an issue with one appliance and they immediately responded to help diagnose and solve (problem was caused by a previous guest).

Note that the bedroom does not have windows to outside - not an issue for us as we were out most of the time or sitting on the balcony.

Excellent location overlooking Auckland Wharf. Great balcony with a bar table and couch to sit and enjoy a drink, and a hot-tub to relax in - beautiful at night to enjoy the city lights of Auckland. Hosts were friendly, instructions clear, and regular contact was made to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

Fantastic location for the event that we travelled up for. Very comfortable, lots of space. Fantastic communications from the hosts.

The instructions for entry to the building could have been a little clearer - photographs to illustrate the instructions (ie, which parking entrance to use, which ramp to continue up to etc.) would have been really useful.
