The view was amazing.
We use the platform extensively and have stayed in different apartments in the Bermudas. I feel compelled to leave this review for future guests to avoid a deeply disappointing experience. This stay was a total let down. The place was filthy. Dust, mold and grime were clearly visible. This was not due to "bad weather". My little one accidently spilled some cooldrink on the duvet, and instead of the host handling it reasonably, I was oliberated as I did not report it immediately. I felt that the host gaslighted us. Any concern raised made her "confused" or she did not "understand" the issue, instead of acknowledging and resolving it.
