"Dirty even though presented well"

Suitable for 1

The bed was mad up with Dirty, sweat smelling sheets, that were stained and ripped on my first day. This included dirty pillows including the show pillows. The kettle was dirty with lime scale on the outside. No one ever answered or or returned calls/voice messages left on the mobile phone. Only once got through to landline on check out to tell them I couldn’t get in the lockbox.
