Honestly have no complaints. It was probably one of the nicest places I've stayed and I stay away a lot.

there's a train to get into Cardiff centre but wasn't working most of the time. I know it's not their fault just had to cater in it's a 30 min walk into the centre

AUVery clean and comfortable.
No oven gloves,cloths,t cloths or washing up liquid. I had to buy my own . I did inform the given contact but nothing happened.
GBIt’s near the city centre. The car park is just next to the house. The bedrooms are clean and tidy.
There is only half roll of toilet paper for 3 days. It will be better if there is kitchen paper provided.

Unannounced visitor at 8:15 in the morning to change the internet setting. My son had to stay in bed for one hour whilst the man was there as he has cerebral palsy and could not get up whilst the man was there. When my son and I returned from the Billy Joel concert at 11:30 the key pad door would not open. No emergency no to contact and no answer on any phone or mobile. Luckily, the window was open and we got the fire brigade to let us in! Not quite what we expected.
