It's inside a gated subdivision, so security-wise it's good. The subdivision has a swimming pool. Both rooms have air conditioning. The house has been renovated. The house instructions were great; we didn't even have to chat back and forth.

No air conditioning in the living room. (This should be a must; it gets really hot in Davao) The water coming out from the shower was semlly. But residents of the same subdivision said we should have let it run for a while until the smell of the water goes away.

The drainage in the shower room is horrendous as it cannot even properly flush out the water properly during shower leading to “ponding” in the shower room. The mattress of the queen size bed is simply too soft which makes sleeping uncomfortable. The air fryer looks old and dirty.

Had a great stay at this condotel! The place was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to fast Wi-Fi. The amenities were complete and made our stay extra comfortable. Definitely planning to come back next time!

Everything is clean . I like the cleanliness of the property. Feels like home . Aircon is good upstairs

It’s very small for 5 adults. Do not booked this property if your group of 5 .They only have 4 beds to sleep comfortably. They only have 4 blankets 4 beds but we are charged for 5 adults. Space is very small. No aircon downstairs it’s very hot. Only bedrooms upstairs have aircon. Can’t sleep downstairs because it’s beside washroom and very hot.
