It was a really terrible experience. I booked the unit and called and nobody answered the call,and decided to submit cancellation request of which wasn’t responded to. After 30 minute the lady who is the manager called and apologized and asked us to go upto the apartment. Upon arrival at the entrance,she wasn’t picking calls again for almost 20 minutes and we left to find another place. She later called again and asked us to go back and since it was at night and we were tired and just wanted to sleep yet only few nice places around oyugis,we decided to go back again. we arrived and called and called and called and wer gave up after 30 minutes as we felt unsafe and left. 1 hr later after getting a place to stay,I sent the property a message via booking.com and another gentleman called through booking.com to apologize on behalf of the lady and said the lady denied us calling her until I sent him all the screenshots. Was a very terrible experience!

Location a little bit confusing but facilities superb. You would do better with a dedicated Taxi.

All meals were prepared as per my expectations

The place is really beautiful but they need to work on the cleanliness and road to the house. The staff were amazing. I will definitely recommend the place
