Sehr grosses Zimmer, Kaffee und Wasser, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Pool, Lage, sehr gute Kommunikation mit sehr hilfsbereitem Vermieter.

Gym wird nicht gut unterhalten, Wohnung könnte etwas gemütlicher sein.
