We got there at night and it was difficult to tell where our room was. The map wasn’t very helpful and because there wasn’t a lot of light we couldn’t see that there were rooms on the 2nd floor . Could also have better pillows
USThe room was gorgeous, spotless, and the bed was heavenly. Shower pressure was great, jacuzzi worked perfectly. Everything was phenomenal,very close to everything,downtown, I would absolutely book this room again.
Not really a compliant..The stairs, however we did know this when booking so we expected them ahead of time. They are completely safe and covered, its literally the only thing..not really a complaint however.
