Un passo dal Mare - Luxury Home

Fantastisk balkong i 6.etasje med utsikt over gamlebyen og havet. Stor og fredelig leilighet med to bad og walk in closet. Bra sofa og spisebord. Passelig avstand til strender og gamleby og til mange gode spisesteder. Monopoli er en sjarmerende by.

Mye virker veldig slitt, bl. a. steikepanner og baderomsinnredning. Mugg i dusjen og maur på badet. Ganske hard seng. Bare flaks at vi fant gratis parkering i gata, ellers er det 2 euro pr time.

Che sia stato richiesto il chek-out alle 08.00 del mattino, spostato dopo insistenza da parte mia alle 09.00 Per fortuna avevo un punto di riferimento in cui lasciare la valigia in attesa del volo serale Mi è stato detto che non è previsto un deposito bagagli, meglio informarsi all'atto della prenotazione

Massimo was fantastic with his communication and very helpful. His apartment is in a fantastic location and the view is superb. Exactly like the photos show and perfect host 😊

Nothing it’s was great

This is a large and bright apartment, centrally located right beside the historic centre and a few steps from the sea. The view from the balcony is amazing, and it's a lovely place to have a coffee in the morning. The host was gracious and allowed us to check in a bit early, though we also had to check out earlier in return which wasn't a problem. WiFi worked well.

The host was very open so I hope they take this feedback in the spirit intended. The main issue was that the listing clearly said two beds, but there is only one bed and, as we were travelling as friends, we needed a second bed. The host allowed me to use the sofa, which was comfortable enough but not ideal as there were no sheets for it just decorative blankets and light comes streaming in from dawn as it is an east-facing room with no dark curtains. Apart from that, it was not what I would describe as 'luxury' and felt like being a guest in someone's attractive enough home where a lot of things didn't work or we were asked not to use - the balcony door, the dishwasher, the washing machine, the plastic covered table etc. Also, a few additions, such as a coffee maker for more than one person, an ironing board, and some basic toiletries would be helpful. The shower was also a bit fiddly and shifted from hot to cold frequently. Overall, our stay was fine for two days but would have been uncomfortable for longer. If the host is serious about providing 'luxury', they need to do a bit of work.

Location- close to old town but still quiet at night. Amazing views across the old town and seafront. The host was polite and charming, kindly showed us where the supermarket was.

No wifi / internet working. TV would have benefited with access to Netflix. We felt the biggest concern was the hygiene and condition of the bed pillows which were left on the bed. They were speckled with yellow spotted mould and should be thrown away. It may seem a small thing but hygiene is important to us and this could be an easy fix with new pillows.

This apartment is in a fantastic location to all the local attractions in Monopoli. .Parking in late April (free) was relatively easy and close by. On arrival we were met my Masimo and taken up to the 6th floor very spacious apartment. 2 Huge panoramic sliding doors lead out to a narrow balcony with sensational view of the Adriatic sea and Old Town. The apartment is in an older style 60's building, but the apartment has been updated, possibly in early 2000? It has a lot of luxury fittings, some of which need a bit of maintenance & TLC

To make this place exceptional the host should have good reliable WiFi, a coffee machine, electric kettle, facilities to be able to wash dishes by hand. The dishwasher works, but it's a bit ify and the owner prefers if guests don't use it. To be able to stream a bit of Netflix would also be nice. Such an amazing apartment needs a few more comforts to be able to enjoy this beautiful view

Good location just outside the Old Town. Quiet. Clean. Spacious. Handy for local shops. Big balcony with great windows. Lift.

Great balcony but no sun after midday. Given the size of the apartment the shower was a bit tight.

Location was fantastic. A wonderful balcony where you could see the sea and overlook the old city. Close to wonderful restaurants, shops and bars.
