Good bathroom and facilities location was amazing next to SM

Towels were worm out and had to request extra as only gave 3 for 5 people booking Security gaurds held us for 1 hour as the property manager wasnt answering calls or queries. Hard to communivate

No wifi, no complementaries, dusty chandeliers, microwave wire plug unsafe, needs deep cleaning as we experienced itchiness cause possibly by bed bugs

That it was a 2 bed room.

1) Major hiccup during check-in. They had some issues with their unit that had to be settled so we had to wait outside of the guardhouse while it was raining. Eventually we were let in but it could've been better if the check in process was smooth 2) It was obvious that the place wasn’t used often nor it was cleaned prior to our stay. I took photos and videos as soon as I got in, there were numerous cockroaches all over the place. In the cupboards, the chairs in the dining room and the comfort room.
