Очень удачное расположение. Центр, старинная улица, 10 минут от ж/д станции, в доступности 10-15 минут пешком от основных достопримечательностей, рядом супермаркет. Хозяйка любезная и симпатичная. Всё есть для приготовления пищи.

The central location, on a pedestrian street, easy to reach all the attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, bus station and supermarkets. The bed in the main room is comfortable.
In July was very hot inside and the two vents didn't help too much. The apartment is basically under the roof, so the temperature gets high. The bathroom is old and need a refreshment. The rooms are very dark in the afternoon. A bit more cleanliness would help, especially in the kitchen.

It’s location was excellent, right in the city. Ravenna is beautiful with 8 UNESCO heritage sites, and superb mosaics from the 4th century! There was a lift as the apartment is on the third floor. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. There were restaurants nearby. There was free parking just outside the city walls only 5 minutes away from the apartment. Luca’s mum checked us in. He responded quickly to messages.
There were no windows to look out of, they were high up. There wasn’t any air conditioning, and the two fans did nothing to reduce the heat. The temperature inside the apartment never fell below 29 degrees so we were too hot all the time. Could not recommend it for the hot Italian summers. We needed a balcony.

Location is perfect, window is with sunrise view, very romantic window to the street with cosy sitting place. We also loved ecological shower products and huge towels❤️. Beds was very comfortable and kitchen was equipped with all necessary tools, coffee and tea. Thanks a lot, I truly recommend this place👍🏼

Very close to the centre. Has an elevator to take you to third floor. Good size and very clean. Host, Luca, was extremely helpful and suggested a couple of good restaurants and gave us a map as well.
Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.
