Both cottages are very clean and comfortable, fully equipped with everything we needed. Ideal for our stay with each family having their own space but next door to each other. Very peaceful, surrounded by countryside. The Old Stables seems to be the newer of the two properties with a more modern feel.

Beautiful conversion, tasteful and welcoming. Starter supplies of milk/juice/butter/jams were lovely surprise, plus condiments very useful. One of party wanted to move in permanently! Suggestions for local facilities very good.

Driver found concrete drive a bit challenging, but understood this is a working livery. Lamp in lounge area didn't work - not a problem at this time of year. Some of the kitchen knives should probably be replaced, but range was excellent.
