Very communicative host, responded right away. The apartment was good, had everything we needed. Walking distance to restaurants and there's a grocery store down the street. WiFi was very good and fast! FYI for future guests, pay close attention to all the instructions they send (very thorough), including the picture of the utensils. There's a reason they include a picture of them in the instructions. We could not find them because they're in a "secret" drawer under the stove. We had a good laugh about it, but it was a good reminder to look at their instructions carefully. We had a good stay, thank you!

Speaking of instructions, Google updated their maps and the link in the instructions was out of date. Hopefully they've updated the instructions with the correct Google link. Otherwise everything was very good.

Todo el proceso de registro y acceso a la vivienda es sin contacto directo con una persona. Todo es a través de un chat. Para personas más habituadas puede ser sencillo, pero para personas acostumbradas a un trato con personas, puede ser complicado todo el proceso

Apartamento funcional, sin grandes alharacas. Lo mejor, la cocina y el aire acondicionado (viajamos en julio). Está bien situado para entrar y salir de la ciudad.

Nos facilitaron una plaza de aparcamiento frente a la plaza de toros. Que os expliquen bien como entrar y qué planta es, el garaje tiene dos entradas y tres plantas, y en las tres figuran los mismos números.

Beautiful apartment, located in the perfect spot close to the sports facilities of Jaen. The apartments furnishing was beautiful and it really felt like home.

To have parking included in the property was a massive bonus for us, but it was quite a struggle with the parking being in a separate location to the apartment itself. Unloading and loading our things at the start and end of the trip was extremely difficult, as there so no place to stop close to the apartment with the car, so I advise you travel light (with 1 bag only). Otherwise, it’s an exhausting and very hot track back and fourth from the apartment to the parking garage.

Everything,the apartment is central,comfortable clean and the staff are very helpful.

The owner of the property explained literally everything how to get to the apartment , how to find the parking . The kitchenware was amazing and it is very important for me since I was with the child and was cooking at home. The parking is free of charge and it is literally 3 minutes from the apartment.
