Le panorama est magnifique. La maison est charmante et bien située à proximité du village incroyable de San Leo.

La maison est séparée en deux locations. On entend tout ce qu'il se passe d'un appartement à l'autre. Par ailleurs, il manque de la vaisselle et des casseroles, notamment pour cuire les spaghetti !!! Pour finir, on devait tenir toutes les ouvertures fermées car invasion de punaises des bois.

Posizione, la tranquillità, comfort, pulizia, casa.

I gestori/proprietari li contatti su WhatsApp ma non li vedi mai, dotazioni in cucina/ pranzo un po' carenti, nessun forno (almeno un microonde), un divano o due poltrone. In camera da letto manca la lampada di uno dei comodini...casa abbastanza calda, no condizionatore. Solitamente trovo alcune cose in cucina di default, tipo acqua, thè, caffè...qui niente ma è un dettaglio.

Sehr idyllische ruhige Lage. Einen tollen Ausblick auf die wunderschöne, typisch italienische hügelige LANDSCHAFT. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, somit konnte unser Hund sich frei bewegen und spielen. Ideal für Familie mit oder ohne Hund.

Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist ein wenig schwierig. Leider ist die Außenbeleuchtung am Abend bzw. Nacht nicht abschaltbar.

"Heerlijk huis met uitzicht op San Leo"

Het bovenhuis heeft 2 appartementen, wij hadden het appartement met balkon (4-persoons) met schitterend uitzicht, o.a. op San Leo. Bijzonder ruim en heerlijk rustig gelegen. Gezellig ingericht.

Er is feen fatsoenlijk tuinmeubilair, terwijl je maar met z'n tweeën op het bistro-stelletje op het balkon kunt zitten. We hebben zelf limonade- en wijnglazen gekocht en achtergelaten, net als 2 campingstoelen om in de tuin te kunnen zitten. De matrassen - zowel van het bed als de slaapbank - krijgen van ons een onvoldoende. Als je niet bekend bent met de witte weggetjes (grindpaden), hou daar rekening mee. Vanaf San Leo is het huis veel gemakkelijker te bereiken dan vanaf Ponte Santa Maria Maddalena.

Gyönyörű táj és San leo közelsége, valamint a szép, hangulatosan berendezett apartman.

Kissé Jobban felszerelt konyha lehetett volna.
