3 Bed Flat-Close to City Centre

No toilet roll provided at all on arrival to property. Despite telling the hosts this, this was still not provided so I had to go and get my own supply which I think is pretty shocking as this is an essential item. Nearly fell through bed in 2 out of 4 beds when put arm near end of bed. Another really bad thing was that there was only 2 forks provided for a house for 4 people, and so only 2 people could eat at a time. I should not have to bring my own cutlery with me to stay in places like this. The slats were not laid out properly and come out of slots and clearly had not been checked. There was also no kitchen roll or dust pan to clean things up. I did raise these things with the hosts, but nothing was done about it and no real apology, or any attempts to make up for it.

The property is dated and not worth the money we were charged. The cleaners turned up to clean just after us at the check in time and said they had told their office they were running late but nobody bothered to tell us. Very poor service. I messaged the hosts about the condition and they didn't bother to respond so had to deal with the office, who were helpful. We went out and left the cleaners to do their job and I cannot fault them at all, they were excellent. Basically, I would never book here or with these hosts again.

Not as clean as expected it to be. Oven was not clean at all. Could not check in on time. Blinds in bedroom need replacing as they are broken and do not open and close properly.

Well equipped, clean and in good location. We had a few questions before arrival and Jozef and Fanni were always really helpful and quick with responses.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Booked the place for our three engineers. It was nice and clean, suited all their needs.
