Very good location, first floor appartment.

The appartment is very dark, almost no light, no windows in the bedroom. But lots of mold. The furniture are in a very bad shape. The sofa is almost broken in half, so if you are renting for more than 2 people, the sleeping conditions are very poor. The promissed cable tv wasn't working the whole time. Bathroom entrance through bedroom is also not ideal for more than 2 guests. Added photo of mold is from the bedroom corner - not a closet.
