Παρά πολύ καθαρό και ζεστό διαμέρισμα, σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Καταστήματα τροφίμων σε μικρή απόσταση. Επίσης cafe και μαγαζιά διασκέδασης σε κοντινή απόσταση.

Επειδή είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης, υπάρχει μια δυσκολία στο να βρεις parking αν έχεις αυτοκίνητο.
