"Lovely flat, well furnished, great location....faulty broadband."

Apartment was lovely, clean and very well furnished, the location fantastic.

Unfortunately the broadband wasn't working and therefore rendered the TV which was reliant on the broadband useless. Very frustrating and disappointing to end the day with nothing to relax and watch.

Very lovely apartment, everything you could possibly need.

On two separate occasions, the front door to the street was left open. On another occasion the door to the stairs was left wide open. As a couple of friends we liked the fact that there was good security but not happy with doors being left open. Perhaps reiterate that the doors need to be checked before people leave or when they return.

Super tolle Lage, sehr gepflegt, gute Ausstattung, hervorragende Kommunikation, warm und gemütlich. Danke für Service Gerne wieder 😊

Leider für die jenige, die über 186cm groß, ist die Duschkabine zu niedrig. Ebenso der Eingang ist für die Menschen in der XXL Größe +einen Koffer dabei nicht geeignet. Sonst ist alles TOP 👍👍

Fan in the bathroom didn't turn off. Toni did go and have a look but couldn't find a solution so had to put up with it for several nights.

"A Bath Recommendation"

Location is spot on in the middle of the city. The facilities were fresh and clean and the instructions for accessing the property were clear and helpful.

Just two suggestions to make this review a '10'; The bed is on castors and moves away from the wall easily and both the mattress and quilt were a bit thin, something to consider during the cooler months. On that point, it would then be really welcoming to walk into a warm apartment. While the instructions for turning on the radiators were nice and clear, it did take some time for the apartment to warm up after we arrived. Other than this, you have a lovely apartment in a great location which adds to the experience of visiting this fascinating city. Thank you very much, Gareth and Lynn Hughes
