Mancanza di shampoo e doccia schiuma, check-in online rapido e istruzioni dettagliate per l’ingresso

Il letto era pulito. Il check in automatico semplice e funzionale.

Il resto dell'appuntamento era sporco, dai pavimenti al bagno.

L’appartamento era nuovo e pulitissimo.

Purtroppo solo alcune accortezze , come dei teli doccia o delle asciugamani in più , una scopa e una paletta , e delle pezze per la cucina . Piccoli dettagli che avrebbero migliorato il soggiorno , perché dopo circa 4 giorni tutte queste cose sono utili per la pulizia personale o dell’appartamento .

The bed had a 10cm mattress and was extremely uncomfortable. If not a better quality mattress then at the very least a mattress topper is a must. The lack of curtains forced me to keep the shutters down all the time especially in the bathroom and bedroom and having to switch on the lights during the day. Have the hosts heard of privacy film you can easily (and cheaply) apply to the window panes in the bathroom? Also,given Novara is in the middle of paddy fields the lack of mosquito nets is a big let down. Only a shower towel and a small hand towel with nowhere to put them to dry as it was too humid and in the heat the towel heater is not an option. A larger hand towel and extra towel for the bidet or kitchen (not a tea towel) would go a long way.... There was a kettle but no tea. Just lots of coffee pods. And the water to make it was in the Nespresso machine. No toaster, no microwave, no safety deposit box (ground floor and open windows!!). The walls are not insulated and could hear all the other guests. No notice with WiFi info in the flat. Had to get in touch with the hosts (for which I needed data!!!). Is it too difficult to leave a note? They wanted the tax paid in a box in cash. Apart from the fact you need to have the exact change (most of us use cards only), how would they know who paid?? They did let me pay via PayPal A bit more toilet paper and hand soap would have been useful. I had to go and buy a pack of 4 just for the little I needed the last day. And provide my own soap.

It was pretty clean and we got clear intructions for check-in. The location is good if you travel by car, but on foot it is pretty far away from the city center. We didn't have extra sheets and towels. Not enough space in the wardrobe for clothes. Good option only for a short stay.
