Tiny & Cosy Studio Flat in Como

I loved the ease of a last minute booking (only hours before). Communication through whatsapp was excellent/quick.

There was no floor towel for when stepping out of the shower so was very cold when standing on the tiled floor (minor issue). I couldn't work out how to close the blinds so was left with them open and light coming through (minor issue but for myself i like a dark room, also operator error of myself not knowing how this system works.) It would be nice for little extras such as body wash or shampoo and conditioner (as a traveler this isn't something I personally bring (minor issue and this is a personal preference). Would personally prefer all costs to be included in the price, a tourist tax was applied and I would rather it just be a part of the nightly booking fee (again personal preference). Overall great location and on the door step/mins walk to main town, car/scooter hire companies. Also caught the train and it was an 8 minute walk to accommodation so happy with booking.

the apartment is located near the historical center, and close to the station. there is a large grocery store nearby 24/7. there is a concierge at the entrance. the owner is friendly and always in touch

It is necessary to install a quiet air conditioner, soundproofing of windows and soundproofing of the entrance door. It is impossible to sleep at night, it is very noisy(((

Very cosy and everything was new and working very well, it was very clean, had an excellent location.

The location is superb and the studio is very cosy, clean and comfortable, there's everything you might need for your stay, and the bed is extremely comfortable! We also loved the balcony. 😍 The owner of the property is very generous and the check-in is really easy. 🫶

Nothing. It needs much maintenance

Lots of things needed finishing off. Needs updating. The correct key code needs to be sent to save A LOT of stress on arrival. Have a phone call at 11.30 at night for passport information.

The room was too cold

Small flat located near to train station and Como lake. Was able to pay the city tax through paypal. I liked the coffee machine and the location

This flat is unprofessionally turned into a b&b. The switches are falling out, the little table next to the bed is bent down, painting of the room done unprofessionally along with all other fixes owner did on it. I am not very picky on these but the room had a really bad smell and we had to leave the window open ( end of October ) both nights to be able to sleep. Bedsheet and linens were also smelly as if they were smoked inside and made food with strong smell. Might be a coincidence but also found hair in the bed. I had to take the mop and the bucket out to the balcony as it also had a disgusting smell. We did not like the fact that the owner reminded us twice: once when we arrived and the day before we left that we must be out of the building by 10am as other people coming in. I usually do my due diligence before booking a place, this was the first time I am writing a negative review on booking.com You better spend that extra 10-20 euros on something better than this...
