Everything i needed was either in the room or just a short distance away. I stayed for 16 days, I had access to pool, laundry, gym. Full size fridge helped save money on eating out I bought groceries at Walmart. Public bus was super easy to understand and cheap! The view from the room is incredible, you get beach and mountains.

Hotel next door blocks the sunset from the room view. Not much can be done about that.

エアコンが古くやや気になった。また、設置位置もベッドの枕元に直撃する位置で枕でガードを作るなどしたが、幸い10月でエアコンなしで過ごせることに気がつき、快適だった。 チェックインインストラクションは紙で印刷する用のものが送られてくる。スマホで読むには字が小さすぎるのでもう少し工夫が欲しい。 ベッドサイドの照明は消し方がわからず、電球をソケットから緩めて対応するなどした。

The refrigerator.

It wasn’t clean when we arrived. The stove top and microwave were dirty. The bathroom rug and shower curtain were dirty. There was hung on the side of the tub like it was a clean one. The air conditioner is noisy and the floor fan had a lot of dirt in the vents. Also the floor was so dirty that the bottom of my bedroom shoes were black from the floor. The little futon was not comfortable and we were not pleased with this unit. I had to text the owner to get the unit cleaned while we were out. I didn’t feel comfortable after seeing the dirt. We paid for a clean unit.

This was my first stay at a private rental and it was an overall great experience. I would happily stay here again. The apartment had everything I needed and was comfortable. Dianne was a great host. All her written instructions were clear. She was very responsive when I reported a broken hairdryer. Nice view of the canal and city, with also a partial view of the sunset over the ocean.

My only two complaints: first, the curtains are barely light filtering at best, so bring an eye mask or you'll be awake with the sun whether you want to or not. They're thin enough that even at night the moonlight/nights from neighbouring buildings came through. Second, although the floors are clean at first glance, the tiles are those textured types that are hard to clean well; they need a really deep scrub, because when I walked around on them barefoot the bottoms of my feet became dirty.

Did not respond to my information about my early arrival, so had no idea what to do or where to get some information. After some inquiries managed to get hold of the person in charge and then it was ok.

Shower/bath is not safe for elderly persons, its too high and was slippery. My wife fell and hurt herself. We'll know soon if she requires any further treatment. We had travel insurance so might hear from them if further treatment is require.

◾︎The staff are very friendly. When I was in a bit of trouble, they helped me quickly. ◾︎The location is useful and convenient. You can walk to the beach and catch a bus easily. ◾︎They have a free hot bath and pool. I really recommend the unit.

It's difficult to understand how to use the shower. But the staff teaches it.

Incredibly accommodating team that I interacted with. Diane communicated all the details ahead of time, and Julio was very helpful during my stay. If I needed anything, they would make sure to help me out or point me in the right direction. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed and even stuff for a beach visit. Excellent location as well. Right in the heart of all the fun spots and a quick walk to the beach.

Parking is tough in the area. You can pay for parking onsite, but it is $40 a day. You can get lucky with street parking though, just watch out for parking signs and tow zones.
