Annies on Adair - NO Step Entry

The location is very convenient if you are staying in town for an event at Loras College or University of Dubuque. You do need a car if you plan on heading into the downtown area. It's walkable, but it is at least a mile or so.

The check out time of 10 am is a little on the early side. Getting our bags together, using the shower, and needing to ensure things are clean and tidy by a 10 am walk-out made me a bit anxious.

Clean and cozy. It was such a great place to stay in Dubuque.

The location, comfort, cleanliness and brightness of house.

No window coverings, squeaky bedroom door, Toliet seat needs to be tightened and bugs need to be cleaned out of corners.

The location was perfect for our needs, and it was easy to find. The house has a lot of newly done renovations, and it was exceptionally clean -- both physically clean and the overall layout. Nothing was overdone, and there were nice touches in each room. The heating/cooling system worked perfectly and was easy to adjust, and the neighborhood was quiet, even with college Homecoming going on!

There was really nothing we didn't like, other than there wasn't a hook to hang our towels while showering. There are free-standing towel racks in each of the bedrooms, which is nice, but we had to hang the towel over the curtain rod at one end while showering. A hook just outside the shower would be much better. The only other suggestion we have is sometime down the road, having ceiling fans in each of the rooms would be a perfect touch.

Very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

I wish there was a driveway.

I liked that it had a few bedrooms and living space. Had plenty of room, good kitchen facilities, etc. It was very clean and newly updated

Only things, we did wish there was a deck or driveway for better access, or ice cube tray to make ice. Other than those, we felt the facility was great!

Very clean and convenient location. The coffee bar was wonderful.
