Balmoral Stays 5 - Second Floor

Everything located very close to all the attractions etc apartment was clean modern and comfortable Highly recommend 👍👍👍

Everything was fab

* It was clean * Good size for a family of 4 * Bed and Sofabed were comfortable *:Close to amenities and pleasure beach * Pre arrival information was good and immediate response when we couldn't get the door to open

* 2nd floor apartment with no window restrictors- terrifying with a 5 year old running round * Has an oven and hob but they are not in use- whilst the advertisement doesn't say it has these things there was no notification prior to arrival of these not in use * Shower door has been installed upside down and the wrong way round so difficult to open the door " Very poor shower pressure * Smell of cannabis within communal area * Fire alarm went off at 11.20pm (highly suspected by most of the residents to be from apartment 1 smoking cannabis)- terrified children- no support given to telephone calls and messages sent to the building manager and no check in or response from them following this * TV not working properly- Roku account wouldn't connect to wifi

Apartment was very clean and very spacious and the beds were very comfortable

Was very clean and tidy, secure good parking close by, was ideal for our trip!

The one thing I would say, is the shower just needs more water pressure, that would be my only issue!

great location, welcoming host, comfortable for 2

the only thing missing for us were tea spoons but that was no big issue

Cleaned and tidy

Could have some art work on the walls.
