FabHotel Sayeeda International - 600m from Park Circus 7 Point

We didn’t stay here - you can’t apparently if you are a foreigner. Which makes me question how we were able to book it. However they moved us to Fab hotel quest which we really liked.

I dint like anything about the hotel , it is the worst stay, smelly rooms bad ac , i asked them to change the room they did, but even that room was smelling bad and bad ac ,nothing was good about the hotel , and they also took extra money because I arrived before the check in time for this pathetic rooms ,

Nothing, property was smelling and staff was very rude.

Booked this hotel for my parent, they reached around 4 AM and I had only paid booking charge but not complete amount. In morning my father called me and said they asking for complete payment, that time I was sleeping and told the receptionist pls give them the key I’m making the payment. They continuously denying and saying unless you won’t make the payment I will not give them key. I argued that allow me few mins I’m logging into the site, you give them key they are tried but they didn’t. Their behaviour was very rude and not even ask for water or anything. Because of this behaviour I told my parent I’m booking another hotel, don’t wait here. Also fab hotel customer care didn’t address this problem and didn’t refund anything.
