Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in one of the fully equipped 3-bedroom flat that look exactly like advertised. Here are some feedbacks that may be useful. PLUS: - 2mins walk to Preston Road Station (Metropolitan Line). - 2 stops to Harrow on the Hill (town centre) and 3 stops to Baker Street (Central London) - ⁠Secured Premise. - ⁠Fully equipped flat. - ⁠Plenty of storage spaces. - ⁠Parking upon request - ⁠Friendly host - ⁠Muslim friendly area: Halal butcher, restaurants and cafe - ⁠Near Wembley Park (Stadium and IKEA) - ⁠our unit was kid-friendly, PWD-friendly (Also sorry for the photos, I wish I could share the video instead.)

WHAT CAN BE IMPROVED: - a proper curtain instead of vertical blinds for the windows

"Stunning flat with great facilities in a great location"

Very clean and and new, location is fantastic

Due to the hot weather the flat was unbelievably hot, would be good if there was some sort of air conditioning unit. With it being a ground floor flat we didn’t want to leave the windows open.

"Disappointed as I was passed around and no one took responsibility to sort out the problem"

Too many repeated and new messages. Each message is usually quite lengthy and start to get irritating because they look like repeats but actually has a new information hidden but have already stopped reading thinking it's a repeated old message. A better way is to call the tenant especially if they missed their arrival time, instead of asking them to call you, because they have have got lost
