The apartment is located adjacent to the local LSU campus, a nice area. Access is via door codes sent by message. The apartment is well-appointed, clean, and tidy. One of the beds is very high off the floor, which is okay for us, but less able guests might benefit from some kind of step. There is a train line running close to the apartment, but it is not busy - see below. A great value-for-money place to stay not far from the CBD.

The one train that did run each day passed at 0400 and blew her whistle just outside the apartment. Nothing to be done about it, and once she's gone past (2-3 minutes at most), it's all quiet again.
