Nice area and so clean

Very clean and confortable. Easy checkin.

Not the ideal location for me, but i knew it from the start, there was no surprise.

The location, comfortable bed, facilities, equipped kitchen, the balcony.

Last day of our stay, at 9:30 we heard noises like someone was trying to come inside. It was the cleaning lady trying to get her key through our keyhole. She did not knock, nor ring the doorbell. When I opened the door to ask what was the issue, she did not know to tell for she did not speak English, so she called someone else. The lady on the phone told me : “ you are to check out at 10, so this is why the cleaning lady is here” And I said well it’s 9:30 and she didnt even knock. The lady apologized calling it an ‘honest mistake’. Please next time be more careful how you treat your guests. Furthermore, first night there, we called and asked for a tv remote as we could not find one in the room. But we did not receive it not even in our last day there. So it appears that you can be swift when it comes to driving away your guests, but no so prompt when it comes to accommodating their needs. Thank you.

Bed quality. Modern studio. Friendly and helpful

Location. It's quite hard to park the car. Ground floor so it can be noisy at night. Even though the router was up and running no internet was available. Also the AC was stuck to 19 because the remote controller didn't work. That's been said they offered us a 15% refund for the inconvenience. Well appreciated. I assume we were one of the first guests so perhaps it was not totally ready.
