Since the host was new to renting a house through booking.com, he could not distinguish the difference between renting an apartment and a room, and therefore our start of stay was a bit problematic. However, the host was very keen to correct this mistake. They admitted their mistakes and made efforts to compensate financially. Throughout our trip, Ms. Monika was very helpful in providing information about our accommodation and the city tour. The location of the house was close to the center. The house was clean. It was nice to have a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron at home.
The house is not suitable for two families with children to stay together. It is the ideal size to accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child. Not having a dishwasher was a huge shortcoming. The number of forks and knives was insufficient. It would be nice to leave an extra garbage bag at home. It would be nice to have laundry detergent. I would prefer a freshly unpacked dish sponge to a used one.
