INFINITE POOL Condominium & Residence - Sihanoukville - 5mn to boat pier

Infinity pool. 22nd floor. Very good and unobstructed view of the sunset. Bear in mind that the management are particularly sticky about using the elevator while in wet clothes. And swimwear only for swimming pool. Failure to comply? An immediate $50 fine. Rooftop has a nice cafe cum bar oozing chillness with buddha bar-like tunes.

Condo unit. Booked a unit with 2x queen beds. Got a room with 1 queen & bunk bed instead. Sofa bed wasnt comfortable to sit in, nevermind sleep in. The mattresses on bunk bed and sofa bed had seen better days. Cushions looked like they have not been washed for a while. Unit had a big fridge, but no kitchenette. Unit was supposed to fit 4 people, but had only 2 cups to make coffee. And 2 small mineral water bottles. Plug / power sockets : only 3 in a big unit supposedly meant for 4 people. One was already in use by the fridge. Air conditioner was cooling, but insufficient to cool the whole room - especially when it was facing the afternoon/evening sun. Woke up several times at night sweating (AC was set at 16, full power) The sunset view at the infinity pool saved it from getting the lowest rating.

This hotel was very difficult to find. When I finally arrived, it looked more like a scam center than a hotel. There was no reception desk, and when I called the staff for assistance, they spoke very rudely. I had already paid for the room through Booking.com, but I decided not to stay there. I was worried that if I spent the night, I might end up having my kidney stolen.

This hotel is completely unsuitable for staying in.

Super lokalita a krásný výhled 🙂 Check in bez problému - domluva přes whatsapp. Pokoj čistý, koupelna hezká a prostorná i s pračkou. Byl jsem zde jednu noc, jako přestupní bod na Koh Rong je to fajn. Tuk tukem je to do přístavu 5minut, centrum 10minut. Supermarket je nedaleko. Bazén je samozřejmě super 😀👍

The only good think about the property was the infinity pool on the roof which was amazing. Plus it was close to the port which was our reason for choosing it for 1 night

No one is there to find out how to gain access to the apartment. You are literally just stood in a dark car park, no answer from any contact attempts by phone, email or WhatsApp. Very poor, eventually after maybe 30-40 minutes a man from an unrelated business agreed to try & contact someone on our behalf. A lady did then appear & took us to our room. Not sure what would have happened if that business was closed! The apartment wasn’t particularly clean, there was a very nice fridge, washer & kettle but no other facilities eg cups or cutlery to even prepare the 2 coffees they provided. Overall very poor accommodation & communication, I would say avoid at all costs
