Okay Experience

Slow service

Nothing, absolutely terrible customer service and room was horrible.

Tried to contact property via booking app, did not get any replies there. Called the number and lady hang up on me and told she need proof that I have reservation as she cannot find it. Finally after multiple messages and screenshots she just replied “ check in with security” - no apologies for waiting us for her mistake or anything. After 30 minutes of hassling we finally get to the room, which was nothing like in the images. Bed sheet were dirty with human hairs and dirt marks, no cover in the blanket, no sea view what we reserved. I messaged the number which is on the booking app and she did not even bother to reply back. We checked out immediately and went to another hotel. Waist of money.

unfortunately it‘s not 5 minutes to the pier, much longer: a lot of trash on the streets and numerous dogs on the way to the apt. First look quite nice but then a bit dirty see pics

Personne à l'endroit où nous nous sommes rendus. Juste une affiche pour appeler. La on nous explique que c'est complet. Ils nous envoient ailleurs. Endroit sale, bruyant toute la nuit, ne correspond en rien a ce qu on a réservé. A fuir!!!!
