Прекрасные апартаменты. Подойдут для семьи из 4 человек максимум. Фото полностью соответствовали. Две спальни с удобными кроватями и хорошим постельным бельем. Полностью оборудованная кухня - хорошая посуда и прятные мелочи - соль, сахар, масло и прочее. Прятный сюрприз - угощения от хозяйки. Можно полностью готовить - есть мангал на заднем дворе. У квартиры 2 пати-дворика - перед гостинной и сзади дома. Оба с растениями защитой от солнца, оба оборудованы столой мебелью. Рядом 2 супермаркета. Пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы. Wonderful apartments. Suitable for a family of up to 4 people. The photos were completely accurate. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds and quality bed linen. A fully equipped kitchen with good dishes and nice little extras – salt, sugar, oil, and more. A pleasant surprise – treats from the host. You can cook freely – there’s a barbecue in the backyard. The apartment has two patios – one in front of the living room and one at the back of the house. Both have plants providing shade and are furnished with tables and chairs. Two supermarkets are nearby. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

From the very beginning, welcoming, till the farewell, everything was really great. Despina and her friend warmly welcomed us at the apartment, filled fridge with sweets, water, beer and even wine, olive oil, spices, and large quantity of coffee, for Nespresso and filter coffee. This was very surprising and nice, as you will not find a lot of rentiers who do this. Rooms were clean, we were supplied with towels, which were replaced on the half of vacation. Beds were comfortable. What was also great was the fact that we had two terraces (front one was enough, always in shade), and we enjoyed spending time there, as it was very quiet. Also, very helpful was having the washing machine. I have to mention the wifi quality, which was solid comparing to other places we've been visiting in Greece, hotels and apartments, and speed was almost always around 15mbps! Despina was always available to help, for anything we would need. If available, we recommend buying homemade olive oil from her father 🙂 Beach is very close, just 3-5 minutes of easy walk. All in all, we had good time and recommend this place.

Shower is a little bit smaller, especially for me, 2m tall 🙂, but we managed with it.

Încă de la check-in, gazda noastră ne-a întâmpinat cu un loc de parcare în fața terasei apartamentului(se poate parca și în restul străzii, fără probleme) și cu un tur al apartamentului(foarte spațios de alfel), format din: un living cu chicinetă( dotată cu tot ce trebuie, ba chiar mai mult), 2 dormitoare, o baie cu duș și mașină de spălat și 2 terase( una în față, una în spate). Ne-au fost oferite mai multe decât credeam că o să primim, în frigider am găsit apă rece și alte atenții de bun venit, în dulapurile de la chicinetă am găsit de la cafea și zahăr/sare, scobitori până la saci de gunoi, detergent și soluții de curățenie. Distanța față de plajă este 150-200 de metri, în linie dreaptă coborând niste scări, sau cu un foarte mic ocol, printr-o livadă de măslini (noi am ales preponderent a doua variantă😃). Foarte aproape de târgul săptămânal, unde vin producători locali de fructe măsline, ulei de măsline, etc. În cele 8 zile, cât am stat, noi am fost la plajă și la Nea Moudania, dar am vizitat multe plaje de pe brațul Kassandra, inclusiv Possidi Cape și am ajuns la concluzia că făcând o medie între nisip fin, intrare lină in mare și apă limpede, la plaja cea mai apropiată de cazare, din Nea Moudania a fost cel mai bine. Revenind la cazare vă spun că am mai fost în Grecia, dar gazde ca Despina si fiica ei, Katherina nu am mai avut. Primire călduroasă, apoi în fiecare dimineață ne întrebau cum ne simțim și dacă mai pot ajuta cu ceva, curățenie exemplară, schimbat prosoape, lenjerii, etc. Foarte empatice si grijulii! O să revenim, cu siguranță în această locație!

Nu mi-au plăcut țânțarii, seara pe terasă, dar am găsit, în apartament inclusiv aparate cu soluție anti-țântari și o priză pe terasă și am rezolvat problema!😃

Apartament spațios pentru o familie cu 2 copii., Gazda primitoare si săritoare cu orice am avut nevoie. Apartament bine dotat ( espressor, cuptor, plita, barbeque, vesela). Dispune de 2 terase. In buna tradiție greceasca am fost așteptați cu apa in frigider, o butelie de vin si dulceata.

Baia un pic prea mica si inghesuita (spatiul de dus mic, inevitabil faci apa in baie)

Everything was really great. The apartment is located near the beach (3-4min walk), there are stairs from the main road directly to the beach which are not shown on google maps. There is a big supermarket only 7-8 minutes walk. The apartment is spacious, it has two bedrooms suitable for 4 people, and the kitchen has all the necessary appliances. There are two balconies The host (Kate) was wonderful. She welcomed us when we arrived, we also got refreshments in the fridge which was really thoughtful, and also a big bag of the apricots from the local farm. We also got complementary cleaning during the middle of our stay.

There are mosquitoes in the whole Nea Moudania during early morning and late evening, but just take some repellents and everything will be OK.
