USThe location was great and inside the property was very clean. It was also a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
The previous tenants made a huge mess outside near the garbage cans. It was overflowing and garbage was just laying around the yard due to the wind/animals.
USUSThis location is less than a 5 minute drive to any thing you might need/forgot to bring/pubs/restaurant/fast food/fuel. The neighborhood felt VERY safe to us. We had our family Christmas dinner, there was enough cutlery and plates for us to use, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Plenty of coffee and sugar available for your coffee. We had our furry family pets come and the yard, not fenced in, was conducive to take them out on leash and walk the back yard. The house is older, but huge character with nice wood work. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated. This is a comfortable place to stay that offers twin beds, queen, king beds. This is a two story dwelling so might be a little difficult for someone with any type of physical issues to climb stairs to the upstairs bedrooms but there is a sofa you could use on first floor to sleep. The house and each room has it's own theme and character. I do recommend this property if you are in need of arrangements in this area!
There was a quick turn-on-around time from the last quests to our stay. Happy to report no major complaints to offer. There was only one outside garbage can which was completely full and could not use. We did see garbage lined on the street on the day of our departure so we took our own garbage bags out to the curb, responsible thing to do! They did inform us the dishwasher might be running and the dryer from previous guest, and they were.
USWe absolutely loved this property. It's off the main road in a quiet neighborhood and had off street parking. The price is very reasonable for the area and a much better deal than a hotel room. The house is charming and we LOVED the Clue references. My family had a great time finding them all. Everything was clean and there were little touches that made us feel welcome. I contacted the host once prior to check in and he was helpful and prompt. This was a great stay and we would love to come here again!
There isn't much water pressure in the showers.
USUSThe kitchen was very updated and had been remodeled. The house was a good location for everything we wanted to do on our trip. The neighborhood was quiet.
