At the last minute, when we were en route to the location. I received a notification within 2 hours of the check-in requiring more than a 5+ page rental agreement to be filled out. This was not disclosed from the beginning. The check-in code was withheld. The property had been prepaid, supposedly confirmed, and my credit card had been charged accordingly. Disappointingly, we did not have accommodations for the birthday celebration for my husband that evening. Being a Genius status with Booking. com, we have used the company extensively and never had to fill out another form requesting personal information already available to Booking. We were not represented well. No accommodations were available. We stayed at another facility and paid again for an alternative solution.
We were not able to stay at the facility we intended and prepaid.
