Relax & Chill 4BR Terrace House

The host very helpful, facilities all good and the important is the house very clean also very comfortable to stay…for big family very recommended…lurve!

Place was clean and house smells good. Owner puts in a lot of effort to make sure the stay was pleasant. E.g. there were snacks, drinks, toiletries, towels and first aid kit. The plugs were also suitable for Singaporean chargers.

Shampoo on the top floor had finished when we came. The house has many stairs as well so might be inconvenient for old people who have difficulty climbing up and down the stairs.

Opposite side there's a shop like minimart & small coffee house ,so convenient ,further up walk 1 min there's a bak mie restaurant, there's alfamart,on the other stretch and a Chinese restaurant at the other end ,and also a Safra like CC in Sg along the stretch . Unit next to the Mayor I guess they called it ,In -Charged-of the district .Terrace really clean excellent ,recommended, first time we felt home in Batam,even hotel usually we booked not that clean, plus mozzies ,habibie appt also ,there's mozzie, and owner asked us to throw our own rubbish,But Augustine,did not instruct anything but we being ,us,hygienic, 4 - 5 days stays ,we got rid of our rubbish ,not nice to let owner clean for us.There's free snacks n some soft drinks like coffee & tea in bottle ,and cup noodles & snacks .There's game ,n projector in one of the room ,cool man.There's also an electric barbecue stand at the kitchen backyard.Need anything can just inform Agustine ,he will send his dad over,rily fast,both dad , Agustine & his brother is rily helpful & friendly:)I wish I cn stay long or come bk again but no more leaves to clear even if hv 2025 not much leaves 2 -3 days only not enuf ,sadly :)Once again tqvm Agustine for having us ,Nor forgetting ur dad & bro for helping us to quick fixed the Internet on same day itself ,Even hotel not efficient as you all are.Words cnt express how much we appreciate the efficiency of you & Family, to get the technician to come on same day to fix Internet that gone for a few hours that day.God bless you all.:)God repays ur kindness.
