"Charming house in lovely location with a short stroll to the beach and cafes."

Location was within a short walk to the beach, local cafes and a lovely little playground. Very convenient to central Dunedin and in a charming area with lots of character buildings.

We had to park on the street so as to not be parked in on the driveway by a neighbouring resident in the apartment next door.
