Die Lage war gut, die Unterkunft gut erreichbar.

Die Dusche hatte ausschließlich warmes oder heißes Wasser und war nicht regulierbar. Wir haben die Vermietung darauf angesprochen, eine Veränderung wurde zugesagt, als es nicht eingetroffen ist, kam eine Entschuldigung und das Angebot von einem Preisnachlass, der aber bis jetzt nicht erfolgt ist. Schade

Location for what I needed it for was great, if you arrive in the dark may need your torch on your phone to put the code in, plus perhaps two set of keys if staying as a couple .

Not in the property much but the flat above had elephant feet when walking around perhaps carpet in the other flats could help with this.

Spacious accommodation

Be very weary before booking this accommodation. The host Rachel, did not provide us with the check-in details until 10pm (check-in was at 4pm). Myself and booking.com were calling her non-stop to obtain the details, and once she finally picked up her phone she lied and said that booking.com were supposed to provide these details which is not true due to confidentiality reasons (which booking.com advised). We also required an early check in as originally we were to arrive in the UK early in the morning. Rachel requested £60 for this which I felt was steep but paid it directly to her as we felt we had no choice as we were arriving from Australia with our 5 month old baby. Our flight was then delayed which meant we no longer required this early check-in and Rachel agreed to refund the £60, however it took her over a week to refund this and us chasing it up numerous times. In addition to this, we were supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper for our entire 4-night stay, no toiletries (except some left-over body scrub), and there was bags of dog poo in the garden. We were meant to stay 3 more nights at the end of our trip but have obviously cancelled the stay and found alternative accomodation. I would not recommend this accomodation.

The apartment was decorated extremely tastefully. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable beds. All equipments were available and were of high quality. We loved the hot showers and clean towels.Great transport link - bus to Oxford 1 minute away and close to A34. But, we felt like living in a rural area - quiet residence and very homely. We had plenty of room for parking 2 cars. Hosts were prompts with replies. Thank you for our lovely stay I'm sure we will be back for another break ❤️

Modern, clean and tastefully decorated. Good location for getting into Oxford

The back garden needed a tidy. But not a problem for us as the weather wasn’t good enough to be outside.
