This size of the property was perfect. The decor was very attractive and luxurious. Quality throughout the apartment was top notch. Everything you need for a city break is catered for. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Kitchen and bathrooms well appointed and of excellent quality. The reception area of the block was lovely and the exterior very expensive looking. Obviously a lot of money was spent creates apartment block. The agent was very responsive and helpful.

After the luxurious first impression the apartment felt tired. There were many knocks and marks on the majority of the walls and doors, after paying the astonishing deposit fee this was alarming and we spent time photographing the marks on arrival and sending them to the agency. The sofas look beautiful but not particularly comfortable both sofa and cushions had marks/stains on them. The marble in both bathrooms was terribly marked, such a pity. Bearing in mind the cleaning cost of this apartment is higher than the night rate the kitchen units and windows and tv screen were not clean at all. Equally disappointing was the lack of furniture on the terrace. At this price point we expected more. I am of the opinion you get what you pay for, staying in a chain/budget hotel would have been less expensive and basic but you know what you’re getting for your money. This one night away was a treat hence the choice from the beautiful photos but sadly it didn’t live up to our expectations and standards.

Grt stay as usual, I love this place highly recommend.

THE PARKING!!! I got blocked in on Monday morning v stressful as I had to get my son to school

Another grt stay thanks guys, this place is a high end flat with everything one might need. The location works for us and it is professionally run. The only problem we encounter is the parking, it's always a lottery!

The property overall was good and in a good location

Some of the appliances where broken none of the power switches where working in the second bedroom. Furthermore it is becoming a headache for them to refund the deposit we paid
