Good location, gym and supermarket nearby,

When I was out at work on 2 of the days, someone came into the apartment to "do some work" I think he was a joiner by the looks of it, but nobody let me know he was coming, not even when i spoke to the office about checking in, etc, over the phone. it made me uncomfortable.
