La taille de la chambre, lit grand, salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle . L'hôte est très gentil. Possible de louer scooter.

Un peu loin de la cité impériale , l'humidité dans la chambre car pas de vraie fenêtre qui donne sur l'extérieur donc les draps et nos vêtements sentaient l'humidité.

Location a bit far from the centre. Surprising lack of restaurants, in the evening, in this area.

It was a bit noisy in the morning (bikes and dogs)

Good hot shower, aircon and fan available (but it was cold so we didn't use them), simple but big room. Very friendly and helpful staff always reachable by WhatsApp. They rent scooter for 130000 vnd/day. There's a kitchenette with some utensils. Around 15min walk to the main street in the city center.

Sehr familiäres feeling - etwa 3 Stockwerke aber nur 2-3 Zimmer/Wohneinheiten - Küche ist toll - großer Aufenthaltsraum - Waschservice - Bike rental hier günstig zu haben (das sollte man auch tun da etwas weit bis Zentrum/Kaiserstadt) - wir haben auch gekocht in der Küche.....(Tip : einmal mit dem Bike Richtung Berge, später wieder am Parfum-Fluss entlang)

Die Häuser sind leider etwas hellhörig in Vietnam - aber es war fast immer ruhig hier.....trotz Sylvester/Neujahr

Super friendly and helpful host family, nice location in a quiet local neighborhood, safely parking motorbike inside the gates, close to the downtown area of Hue even by walk (like 15 mins). Nice and big room. Enjoy the local and chill vibe rather than staying in the noisy backpackers area.

All perfect

We booked a room with a balcony but at the place we were able to choose between that one and one with a private bathroom which we ended up choosing as the shared bathroom was downstairs. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a window and dried really fast which was hard to find in other places. It was 15-20 minute walk to the Main Streets with food but that was perfect for us because we enjoyed the quiet.

Quite a few mosquitoes which maybe could have been avoided if we had closed the windows. Though a mesh in the windows would have been helpful
