Arrive at the hotel at 11 a.m. and room available only at 5 p.m. Very dirty windows (patial doors and balconies). A surplus of $300 required by the hotel on our arrival for access to the beach chairs even if our package included this service. This amount was also refunded by Booking.

Loved everything about my stay in the W Residences. I had an entire 1 bedroom to myself with a great view. My unit was at the end of the hallway and so quiet! Steps away from the beach with free beach chairs & umbrellas. Each employee that I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. Im so happy I splurged on this stay and it was worth every penny.

Elevator wait times were pretty long in Tower II. I think only 1/3 elevators was in service. Take the stairs if you can! :)

Room was very Clean, loved the room and view of intercoastal/ beach and pool side., The location was perfect. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Washer machine was broken in room and valet parking is super expensive. Wish the parking came included with booking, and or cheaper if staying at hotel.
